The process as to which I handle writing are as similar to these quotes, I have found. I really keep to my process as close to it as I can for it works for me. Teach Writing as a Process Not a Product (Don Murray)

My Process Quote #1: "I like to read books or papers to get my mind flowing for at least 30 minutes." Quote #2: "When I'm ready i find a place away from everyone, I will watch some funny videos to laugh, then I put a side my phone or anything that could distract me from free thinking, and I take a few minutes to calm my excitement or anxiety. Quote #3: "I let my mind free and let my hand write away till my mind becomes tired, in which I take a deep breath and or close my eyes and let my mind relax for a few minutes, restart again keep doing this for 2 hours then stop and go to sleep."
